I get it. My own path hasn’t been straight or predictable. It’s been full, beautiful, messy, and everything in between. I’ve reinvented myself more than once – from business and design to real estate and now coaching – and through every chapter, I learned that fulfillment doesn’t come from what we achieve. It comes from living in alignment with who we truly are.
Today, as a Professional Certified Coach, mentor, and workshop faciitator I bring over thirty years of experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal growth. My holistic approach creates a safe space for you to rediscover your voice and your power. I combine deep empathy, objective listening and powerful questions to illuminate the parts of you ready to grow. As Brené Brown beautifully says, “with a strong back, soft front, and wild heart.”
Just know this – my BS barometer is sharp . I'll lovingly call you out when I sense you’re not being honest with me, or more importantly, with yourself. Coaching may not always feel comfortable, but both the “good” and the “bad” days have something to teach you.
